Electric Vacuum Glass Lifter
Overview
A self-propelled vacuum lifter that carries glass, marble, stone and panel materials without a crane and without a second pair of hands. It drives on its own wheels, the power arm raises the suction frame to the panel, and the cups take the load. One operator can move a full sheet across the site, tilt it to the angle it has to be installed at, and hold it there while it is fixed.
The standard LD series covers 200 kg to 800 kg with lifting heights from 2,700 mm to 5,000 mm; the off-road series uses pneumatic tyres and larger batteries for rougher ground and heavier duty. Six movements are available — four automatic and two manual — so the frame can be raised, telescoped, shifted, tilted and rotated from the control box or the wireless remote.

Built around three mechanisms
Silicone suction cups. A three-layer sealing ring gives a stronger hold, and the cups are easy to maintain or replace on site.
Telescopic arm. The arm extends and retracts so the same machine can work at different distances and heights without repositioning the base.
Suction-cup frame. 90° side rotation, 360° rotation and 180° up / down flip let the operator turn a panel to the angle the installation needs.

Load capacity is quoted retracted and extended, because the telescopic arm has to reach further to place a panel. A 20 ft container takes 6 sets and a 40 ft container 12 sets of the 300 to 800 models; the GL-LD-200 takes 10 and 20 sets.

The off-road series uses pneumatic tyres, a 3 kW travel motor and a larger lift motor for rough ground and heavier duty.
