Forklift-Mounted Vacuum Lifter
Overview
A forklift-mounted vacuum lifter turns a standard forklift into a glass and slab handler. The attachment carries its own vacuum pump and battery, so the forklift needs no hydraulic take-off and no air line: the driver picks the attachment up, drives to the stack and works the suction from the machine.
The GL-SC series covers 300 kg to 800 kg with four or six cups, and the frame can be extended when a sheet sits further from the forklift. Rotation and tilt are manual as standard, with automatic movements available where the same angle has to be repeated all day.
Because the load hangs on the face of the frame rather than resting on tines, the material is never clamped at the edges. Polished granite, coated glass and finished sheet come off the lifter the way they went on.
