Hand-Held Electric Vacuum Lifter for Tiles and Glass
Overview
A battery-powered vacuum lifter built for one-person handling of tiles, glass, stone slabs and other flat panels. Pressing the button attaches the pad to the face of the panel, and automatic vacuum top-up holds the grip while the load is carried — so a heavy panel can be lifted, positioned and set down by a single operator instead of two.
The unit is self-contained: pump, battery and controls all sit inside the body, so there is no hose, no compressor and no trailing cable. A digital display on the head shows the vacuum reading at a glance, and the pad is released with the same single button. Bodies are finished in black with red or blue, and the pad itself is black rubber.

Multi-layer rubber pad
The contact pad is built from three bonded rubber layers: a load-bearing layer, a flexible intermediate layer and the ribbed contact layer. The ribbed face keeps a hold on smooth tiles and on surfaces carrying light dust, and the sealed layers take up small unevenness rather than letting the vacuum escape.
Total rubber thickness is 20 mm and the pad stays usable from −20 °C to +80 °C.

Load figures are the maximum suction ratings quoted for a clean, smooth, non-porous surface at full vacuum. Real capacity depends on the surface, and the grip must be checked before every lift. Packaged weight includes the case and charger. Other pad sizes and capacities are available to order.
