Orders for plate-handling equipment usually start with a photo of whatever the customer has to move. This one ended with an Alibaba review — and a customer in Poland who has said they will come back.
What was in the order
A set of pneumatic vacuum lifting beams for large flat panels: yellow-painted steel main and cross beams, spring-mounted suction cups with individual shut-off valves, the blue air hose and manifold that links every cup into one vacuum circuit, and a control box with a vacuum gauge. Each beam and aluminium profile was wrapped separately before packing.
Built, tested, packed
The cups were fitted to the beams and every joint and hose connection was checked before the set was wrapped and crated. Because the lifting beams travel as separate parts and are assembled on site, the packing list has to be exact and every part has to match the drawing.
Assembled at the other end
The customer assembled the grippers in their own workshop and left us a review on Alibaba. In their words:

Machines are built around the panel you actually handle, function tested before dispatch, and shipped with the documentation needed to assemble and run them.
