Automatic Flip & Rotation Vacuum Lifter

Overview
A powered vacuum lifter that lifts, flips and rotates glass, stone and heavy flat panels without the operator touching the load. The vacuum circuit is closed and held on the frame, and the whole sequence — suction, release, 90° flip and 360° rotation — runs from the wireless remote control.
Five build options cover 400 kg to 2,000 kg: pneumatic, electric and electro-hydraulic drives with 4 to 20 suction pads on frames from 780 x 980 mm up to 1,540 x 4,000 mm. The frame hangs from a single lifting eye, so it suits a crane, a jib or an overhead hoist, and the pad layout can be adapted to the panel sizes you actually handle.
Key Features
- Automatic 90° flip and 360° rotation, so glazing, edge work and turnover need no manual handling
- Wireless remote control included: suction, release, flip and rotation all from the operator position
- Dual electric actuators sized for heavy loads, 400–1000 kg depending on the model
- Gearbox drive for a smooth flip with no jerk at the end of travel
- Industrial square tube frame, high-temperature baked finish, built to last on site
- Reinforced base, fully welded on both sides
- Main control unit with smart digital display and vacuum gauge, easy to operate
- Waterproof charging port on the frame
- Single lifting eye for a crane or hoist hook
- Load capacity can be increased on request
Product Functions

- Lifting eye — for use with lifting equipment
- Charging port — waterproof
- Industrial square tube — high-temperature baked finish, built to last
- Gearbox — smooth flip, no jerk
- Reinforced base — fully welded on both sides
- Dual electric actuators — suits heavy loads 400–1000 kg
- Main control unit — smart digital display, easy to operate
Wireless Remote Control
Every unit is supplied with a handheld wireless controller, so the operator can stand where the panel needs to go rather than at the machine. Suction and release, raise and lower, and left and right are all on the remote, together with an emergency stop.
The main control unit on the frame repeats the same actions and carries a vacuum gauge and digital display, so the state of the circuit can be read at a glance during the lift.

The closed vacuum circuit holds the load even if the power supply is interrupted, and the gauge shows the pressure in the circuit throughout the lift. Peak vacuum is reached before the frame is raised, so the panel is never carried on a partial grip.
Model Range
Five frame sizes cover 400 kg to 2,000 kg across pneumatic, electric and electro-hydraulic drives, from the compact 780 × 980 mm frame up to the 1,540 × 4,000 mm heavy-plate unit. The data sheets below give the load, pad count, frame size and travel for each configuration.

Models and Technical Data
| Model | Drive | Load capacity | Suction pads | Net weight | Function | Frame size (H x W) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DM-FQ400 | Pneumatic | 400 kg | 4 | 85 kg | 90° flip / 360° rotation | 780 x 980 mm |
| DM-F400 | Electric | 400 kg | 4 | 235 kg | 90° flip / 360° rotation | 1194 x 1194 mm |
| DM-F600 | Electric | 600 kg | 6 | 250 kg | 90° flip / 360° rotation | 1194 x 1934 mm |
| DM-F1000 | Electric | 1000 kg | 10 | 270 kg | 90° flip / 360° rotation | 1200 x 2000 mm |
| DM-F2000 | Electro-hydraulic | 2000 kg | 20 | 450 kg | 90° flip / 360° rotation | 1540 x 4000 mm |
Wireless remote control is supplied with every model. Frame sizes are approximate and measured on the standard configuration; other frame sizes, pad counts and higher load capacities are available to order. Load figures refer to the maximum working load for the model — tell us the panel size and weight you handle and we will confirm the right configuration.
Applications
Insulating glass unit assembly and glazing, curtain wall and facade panels, and the handling of glass, stone and composite sheets in the workshop or on site.

In the Workshop
Frames, pads and control units are built and assembled in one factory, so the same team handles the weld, the vacuum circuit and the final test before the machine is shipped.
